Thanksgiving Wishes from our Atlanta Bed and Breakfast! We have been greeted with crisp mornings, cool evenings and brightly colored leaves dancing across our gardens this November. It can only mean that Thanksgiving is upon us. It is the perfect time to gather with family and special friends to celebrate the season. Our finest china, silver and crystal surround the Thanksgiving centerpiece of fall foilage, pumpkins and gords. The aromas of sweet pumpkin pies baking and savory Herb Roasted Turkey drift thru the Inn as our Thanksgiving feast is about to begin.
We send all of our Special Guests, Family and Friends that have visited our Atlanta Bed and Breakfast this year or in the past our Thank You and Blessings. May your Thanksgiving Day be over-flowing with the good fellowship of family and friends, laughter and wonderful food and spirit!

HOLIDAY CREAM CHEESE BARS – ONE OF OUR FAVORITE THANKSGIVING RECIPES!
1 1/2 Cups of All-Purpose Flour
1/3 Cup Sugar (I like to use Sugar in the Raw)
1/3 Cup of Softened Butter
1/4 Cup of Cream Cheese at Room Temperature
1 Egg, Beaten
1/4 tsp Vanilla
1 Cup Cranberry or Raspberry Preserves
3/4 Cup Cream Cheese at Room Temperature
1/4 Cup Sugar ( I like to use Sugar in the Raw)
2 TBLS Milk
Preheat oven to 375F. Spray a 7 x 11 baking pan with PAM. Mix Flour and Sugar together. Add Butter and Cream Cheese, blend until mixture resembles crumbs. Add egg and vanilla and mix until dough forms. Press dough into bottom of pan. Bake at 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly brown. Remove from oven. Spread Cranberry/Raspberry Preserves over crust. Combine remaining ingredients until blended. Spoon cream cheese mixture by the teaspoon over preserves. Run a knife through to swirl. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes until topping is set. Cool and cut into bars. ENJOY!
